Soooo I'm trying to get into that gymlife or workout lifestyle in general. With exercise and nutrition for the most part.
I've been having setbacks due to social anxiety, depression, and laziness. I am luckily good with my nutrition even thugh I need to eat more.
Sooo I need to get in a routine so I'm going to do a 30 day challenge that I have made up that would be enjoyable for me everyday! It's combination of the challenges and photos in the post ⬆️⬇️⬆️⬇️
