I just got done with the gym. It felt good. Although I will have to alter my times that I go. Someone else shows up at 10pm. Je n'aime pas ça du tout.
However it did feel really good. I'm ready for a nice cool bath, a movie, some music, and an Italian icee.
Oh what did I do at the gym??? Well you are welcomed to do them yourself!
Here's the breakdown:
40mins of cardio on a treadmill(not running)
2x 40 jumping jacks
2x 20 squats
1x 30 sec plank
2x 40 crunches(basic)
1x 20 basic bridges
1x 30 lifted bridges
2x 10 push-ups(girly haha)
1x 50 calf raises paired with arm raises
2x 20 standing kickbacks(each leg)
That's just one day.
I switch it up depending on my mood for the day lol
